Marine Consultancy Inspections S.A.S. seeks to create a healthy, safe, and appropriate work environment for all its employees. Therefore, it promotes a workplace that minimizes labor harassment, sexual harassment, and gender-based violence against women and LGBTIQ+ individuals, with the active participation and shared responsibility of all employees at every level of the organization.

All employees have the right to work in an environment free from any form of discrimination and behaviors that may be considered harassment, limitation, or interference of any kind.

To prevent, address, raise awareness, correct, and guide employees regarding workplace harassment, sexual harassment, violence, and discrimination against women and individuals with diverse sexual orientations, in order to promote a dignified work environment based on respect, human rights, and the achievement of equality.

To implement activities aimed at fostering a collective awareness of healthy coexistence, promoting work under fair and dignified conditions, harmony among employees, and a positive work environment, while protecting individuals' privacy, dignity, mental health, and freedom in the workplace.

Any person engaging in harassing behavior will be subject to a formal investigation in accordance with applicable regulations, internal procedures, and corresponding disciplinary measures.
Scope & Updates
This policy will be published, communicated, and updated whenever the organization deems it appropriate. It is available to all interested parties, including employees, contractors, clients, and any person participating in MCI S.A.S. operations.
